Ennen & Co added a layer of depth to the interiors by reviewing finishes, fixtures, lighting, furniture and decorative items and chose custom solutions to suit the ambience of this glamorous two storey Sydney home.

Beautiful and surprising features like the three drop, twelve-ball pendant light hanging over a two storey void space adds a playful edge, while the selection of decorative items keeps the house elegant and calm.

Incorporating textures and layers, like the beautiful Parisian grass cloth wallpaper, makes the home feel warm and inviting and soft linen s-wave curtains through out the project add a soft dreamlike quality - completed for the family to come home and unwind in their Dover Heights hideaway.

One side of the double sided fireplace is a spacious living area with sprawling modular sofa and custom rug.
The other side is the “cigar lounge”, a sophisticated break out space for the adults.

The bespoke kitchen with a feature textured panel to the curved island and splashes of Concordia marble used to highlight the rear splashback and the island bench, a mixture of smokey veneer and warm grey polyurethane cupboard doors to off set and create depth and layers within the space.

The formal dining area seats twelve guests with built in console and custom designed 5 drop fizi ball pendant over the table. The oversized timber dining table and the two-toned custom upholstered chairs with leather back and fabric inner add texture and warmth.

As you escalate upstairs your eye catches the enormous ten-ball drop Penta Glo feature pendant, the different colours and sizes add interest and character. The first thing you see is the feature pendant over the void space.
