The living space features full-height windows and sliding doors opening onto harbour views. The television is discretely concealed within dual sliding joinery doors in timber veneer, articulated with repeated vertical bronze detailing. Display shelving either side, introduces balance and symmetry, with LED backlighting casting a subtle glow over precious display objects and sculptures. Anchoring the space, a travertine fireplace hearth and mantel echo the vertical rhythm in stone, uniting craftsmanship and materiality in a refined architectural composition.

The kitchen is as functional as it is elegant and sophisticated. Statement stone for the island bench, natural quartz benchtops and splashbacks, timber veneer cupboards with custom integrated bronze metal detailing and push-to-open doors. Timber veneer cabinetry with integrated concealed storage and Gaggenau appliances throughout. Concealed butlers pantry designed to provide the ultimate convenience for entertaining, while seamlessly extending the main kitchen look and feel.
At the heart of the design, a monolithic titanium quartzite island pairs sculptural presence with refined detail—leathered stone ends, a honed centre with half bullnose edge, and an integrated custom sink. Subtle veining recalls harbour ripples, illuminated by a travertine and bronze pendant. Full-height oak veneer doors with bronze detailing conceal a suite of Gaggenau appliances, Taj Mahal quartzite preparation space, and bronze metallic cabinetry, uniting precision with understated luxury.
Basking in the light of the full-height windows and sliding doors off the living room, the dining area makes a minimal, but strong statement. The feature wall is composed of unfilled travertine expressed in three finishes—honed, sandblasted, and tumbled—creating a rich interplay of texture and depth. Subtle LED point lighting punctuates the stone, introducing warmth and shadow play, while a sculptural bronze and glass dew-drop pendant adds a luminous focal point, completing the composition with refined elegance.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the wardrobes feature timber veneer doors inset with leather panels, accented by bespoke tan leather–wrapped D-pull handles that elevate both texture and tactility. Integrated LED lighting enhances the display cabinetry, while the mirrored dresser is illuminated by a handblown feature light, layering warmth and elegance to create a refined sense of luxury.
Reflective of each of the nine Kirribilli Harbour residences, the open floorplan of the display suite offers flexibility for both day-to-day living and entertaining. Each room flows effortlessly into the next, creating a sense of grandeur while remaining in synergy with the overall design.

Custom vanities with bespoke detailing enhance the overall sense of luxury in the room. Marble mosaic tiles feature within the shower, toilet enclosure and custom vanities. Bronze-framed shower doors are finished with custom designed handles with decorative obscure glass. The circular coffer creates ambient lighting adding to the serene, spa-like atmosphere.
